The NDT Portal is accessible using 3 different platforms. Once connected through any of the 3 platforms, the functionality is essentially the same, except as described below. Access to the portal is granted using Microsoft 365 (email) Credentials.
1) Microsoft Teams – you will not need to log in using this method if you are already connected to Teams.
2) Web Browser - Navigate to //portal.nordutch.com You can select to login with your MS 365 email/password or have a Token sent to your email. Choose one and complete that process.
3) Desktop Application – There is an icon on your desktop as well as in your system tray. If you use your MS 365 credentials to login to your computer, you will automatically be logged in to NDT Portal. If you use local or network credentials to login, you will be prompted to login with your MS 365 credentials. -Using this method, you can take a screen capture by clicking File on the top menu and clicking Screen Capture. You can then include this when submitting the Support Request.
